Letter of Appointment as Election Observer

On behalf of the Unity Base Foundation, we are pleased to confirm your registration (Observer ID ) and to appoint you as an Election Observer for Ward, Local Government Area ( Senatorial Zone), at your polling unit ().

On election days you will watch the ballot boxes at your polling unit, from the arrival of materials and accreditation, through voting, to sorting, counting and the announcement of the result. You are asked to note carefully what you see and to report it accurately to the Foundation.

Please note: this appointment is not a paid employment. It is a voluntary service to support free and fair elections in Katsina State. Observers must remain peaceful and neutral at the polling unit, respect the instructions of electoral officials and the security agencies, and never interfere with voters or the voting process. This letter does not replace any accreditation required by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Please keep this letter together with your Observer ID card and carry both on election days. Its authenticity can be verified using the QR code below.
